The Brayton and Apex Awards are presented at One SouthCoast Chamber’s Annual Meeting. The 2025 meeting will be held Thursday, December 11 at 7:30 am at White’s of Westport.
Brayton Awards
The John S. Brayton Community Service Awards honors individuals who have made a genuine difference the in region. The awards committee comprised of members of the Chamber and high-ranking officials will keep these values in mind as it reviews your responses. Nomination questions reflect the criteria needed in order to recognize a nominee as a winner.

Apex Awards
One SouthCoast Chamber awards businesses each year through a juried process. Awards are presented in four categories: Small Business (49 or fewer employees), Large Business (50 or more employees), Non-Profit (501.c.3) or an Educational Institutions. A committee comprised of members of the Chamber and high-ranking officials belonging to partnering companies review each completed application. Application questions reflect the criteria needed in order to recognize a nominee as the winner in their category.
Note: This is a self-nominating application. Qualifying nominees must have a business in one or more of the communities served by One SouthCoast Chamber
